At UrbanFitVibe, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind once an order has been placed.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at vibeurbanfit@gmail.com. with clear photos of the issue. We will review your case and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrect. In approved defect or error cases, we will cover the return shipping cost where applicable.

Please note:

We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size selection.

Customers must contact us before sending any item back.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
